Mountain Climber Faith

So after a very hectic and stressful time in my life has settled down, I’m struggling to get back on track with school (I had to place that on hold for a little while). Needless to say, this is one intimidating mountain before me. I’ve struggled with just taking the first step to contact the school and share my intentions to return to the program and FINISH my degree STRONG.

After a good pep-talk on fear, faith and function, I took the leap (of faith) and sent the email to my professors to begin the discussion on my next steps to move forward. Now, I’m waiting for their response and needless to say I’m a bit anxious. Have you ever noticed that waiting on an answer can be just as nerve-racking as taking the first step to ask the difficult question? And this first hurdle isn’t even the mountain!

Before me is what I perceive to be a big mountain, and although I don’t know how exactly this will play out, one thing I DO know is that My God is greater than any mountain. He’s either going to take me through it, move it aside or empower me to get over this mountain. Either way, I win with Jesus!

And we know all things God work for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.

~Romans 8:28

Be encouraged so you can be an inspiration to others. Until next time, join me in thanking God in advance for answered prayers according to His will. Amen!
